I work with young adults, typically 17-21 years old, who are transitioning back into the world from wilderness and other therapeutic programs. I provide support to help them stay on track, feel confident with themselves and the new path they are taking, develop life skills they’ll need and build positive, fulfilling relationships with their family and others.

“Mia is an amazing mentor. She is so full of life, respectful of others and never makes you feel likes she’s better than you. She understands where you’re coming from when sometimes your parents can’t. I feed off her energy and optimism.” — Mentoring client
